Here’s a nice simple recipe for making Potato Latkes, my family calls them Potato Pancakes. Shredded Potatoes made into a nice simple to make meal. Delicious served with sour cream or apple sauce but I prefer sour cream. My whole family loves these potato pancakes. Potato Pancakes are wonderful for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They are inexpensive, easy to make, and filling.
